Our office is located at 102 Brandywine Rd., on the corner of Abercorn
and Brandywine. I am one block north of the intersection of Abercorn and
DeRenne. Brandywine is a residential street and my office is in what looks
like a house, first house on the left.
In order to make our meeting as productive as possible, it will be helpful
to have some evidence of your monthly income as well as estimates of outstanding debt.
If you do decide to
file bankruptcy, I will need the following documents:
1) your last 2 years tax returns
2) your last 6 months pay stubs
3) your last 3 months bank statements for any bank accounts.
You do NOT need to bring all of these documents with you to an initial
consultation although you may if you have them available.
Prior to filing bankruptcy, you will also need to complete an online credit
counseling course. I have attached the information about the course. You
can take the course online at
www.abacuscc.org; select “First Course.” Make sure that you enter my code:
ACC46682 so you do not have to pay for the course.
